2 of your linked articles made me realize that I should take care of myself in the middle of work stress. No job is worth someone's life, pun intended.

I enjoyed the article you posted about Angry Birds. It is one of my favorite games. Now I do not feel so guilty for playing because it may be helpful for my health.
I also found the article about burnout to be very informative. I am working on a Masters degree in teaching and I have heard how stressful it can be.
