I&amp;#39;ve seen too many students left with worksheets and books to read and they never get to discover anything for themselves. I&amp;#39;m all about letting kids figure out the rules of the world (whether societal or scientific) through experimentation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhaps I should have my husband take me to see this movie. I get it now!&amp;quot; look on their face.  It makes all the struggling worth while.  I always tell my students to &amp;quot;Stay in the Struggle&amp;quot; by (1) Ask Questions; (2) Make Meaning for Yourself; (3) Stay Engaged--Be a Learner.
