There is no denying the importance of having sufficient amount of sleep and a good sleeping cycles. It brings sufficient nutrient and oxygen to the brain - for better function the next day.

Sleep is essential to us humans. It refreshes us, it relieves our stress. I think that aside from the physical standpoint, it also affects our psychological being, the way we think and handle things.
